Standard Cleaning vs Deep & Sanitation Cleaning:
(I get this question asked all the time) :)
Standard Cleaning usually happens on a bi-weekly basis. The goal is to keep up with basic cleaning tasks that have been kept maintenance for less than a month.
Typical tasks that happen during this service include:
• Tidying up your spaces
• Cleaning Floors
• Wiping “Exterior” surfaces only in Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Taking out the trash
• General Dusting
A regular cleaning service typically doesn’t take as long as a deep clean, so it generally costs less.
Deep & Sanitation Cleaning goes further to get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other gunk around your home. It’s a more thorough service than the standard cleaning. Typically homes that have not been cleaned for over a month.
Typical tasks that are added during this service include:
• Interior & Exterior Kitchen Cabinets
• Interior & Exterior Kitchen Appliances are wiped down and disinfected. (Meaning, Fridge, Microwave, & Oven)
•Kitchen Appliance Nook(s) *back exterior and all areas around the appliance were dust and food particles are nonvisible.
• Full House Baseboard / Crown Molding Cleaning Treatment
• Interior & Exterior Bathroom nooks and drawers.
• AC Vent Dusting (Main AC Return & Smaller Vents)
•High Dusting
Deep cleaning typically takes longer than a standard cleaning service, especially if you schedule a deep cleaning for your entire home. It involves lots of detail. You’re not just picking up the clutter and wiping down surfaces. You’re often sanitizing and disinfecting areas throughout the home and having to take more timing addressing certain area due to the lack of maintenance.
